hey!

goldfish girl!

will you never learn

look a rock

look another glass of wine

and then another

don't you remember

what you said last night

about the need

to stop

another bottle

and a lovely glass

no need to ask

about the consequences

until

the numbers roll around

to half-past three

inexorably

and there you are

again

old goldfish girl

gasping flailing promising

to change

to act your age

to turn the page

to show some brain.
